Are condiments included with the packages?Yes! Condiments such as mustard, ketchup, and sweet relish are included with the hot dog package. Ice is included with the snowcone package. Chips are included with the nacho cheese package. Napkins, spoons, cups and forks are also included if needed for each package

Is an attendant included with the packages?Yes, each package includes an attendant who will manage the setup, and service for up to 2 hours. Our team ensures everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Is a deposit required to book a package?Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date.

What are your service areas?We service the following areas: Frisco, Prosper, Aubrey, Celina, Plano, Richardson, Carrollton, Little Elm, Addison, McKinney, and any location within a 15-mile radius of Frisco.

When do you arrive for setup?We arrive 1-2 hours before your event to ensure everything is set up and ready to go before your guests arrive.

Can I add more servings to my package?Yes! Additional servings can be added to each package for a discussed fee. Please contact us for more details and to adjust your order as needed.

Can I customize my package with different options?Yes! You can customize your package by selecting from our variety of concession options like hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, nachos, and pretzels. Create the perfect combination for your event!

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling if necessary.
